Consent & Disclosure: All clients are required to complete a digital waiver prior to their first appointment. By booking, you acknowledge awareness of the nature of waxing services, including services involving intimate areas. You agree to disclose any medications, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
Average Size Disclaimer: Service pricing is based on standard/average hair density and treatment area size. Additional wax required beyond average amounts may be subject to an additional charge, which will be communicated prior to service.
Intimate Area Services: Services involving private or intimate areas are performed in a professional, private setting. Client must be 18 or older. A waiver specific to these services is required and must be signed before the appointment begins.
Privacy & Recording: This studio may use audio or video recording for training and liability purposes. Visible signage is posted on-site. By entering the studio, you acknowledge this policy.
Licensing: Mel’s Beauty operates in compliance with California state cosmetology regulations. Professional esthetician licensing in progress.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations under 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
